My journey
Hello and welcome! Here’s a little bit about me:
I was first introduced to meditation when I was 6 years old through martial arts and by my dad, who was a profound meditation teacher. However, I was primarily taught by his teacher, who was a true master of meditation. I have spent over 20 years practicing many variations of meditation under his guidance, often for years at a time. I’ve had many profound spiritual experiences in meditations over these years of disciplined and rigorous practice. My direct experience has given me the knowing of many spiritual truths. I have lived a very ‘normal’ life despite this unusual aspect of my upbringing, so I’m very aware of how to interact and deliver my learnings in a way that is simple and easy to digest. My life has been blessed because of this practice and it’s an absolute privilege to share what I have learnt.
Physical achievements
I wanted to test myself physically and mentally, so I entered a triathlon and quickly became hooked. After several years of training I eventually raced for Great-Britain’s age-group team in both triathlon and duathlon at European level. I won both the Llanberis and the Isle of Anglesey swim/run races and found myself on the podium of many triathlon races across all distances. I raced 50 mile ultra mountain marathons and completed marathon swims. In 2017 I finished my first Ironman at the age of 24, placing 3rd in my category. The following year I finished top 10 in the National triathlon championships. I also went on to climb mountains around the world, summiting Mont Blanc twice and Italy’s tallest peak – Gran Paradiso. Later, I climbed solo on the tallest mountain in the remote Transylvanian alps – Europe’s most populated area of wild bears and wolves.
Alongside all of this I was practicing meditation and delving deeper and deeper into the spiritual roots I had imbedded as a youngster. All throughout the good the bad and the ugly, my meditation teacher had been there. We stayed in contact through email and would meet up at weekends when I visited my dad, providing pearls of wisdom, spiritual knowledge and guidance with my meditation practice. We are still in touch on a weekly basis to this day.

My Mission
My mission is simple; I want to inspire and help more people to start meditating and ultimately progress spiritually.
I believe as a society we have spent too long turning our back on this aspect of ourselves.
My goal is to help bring about more balance. To create environments through my online and in-person courses where people can explore their spiritual nature, or simply learn the fundamentals of meditation without paying a fortune.
For those who want to immerse themselves in this way of life, I will be here to help and guide you through the process as best as I can.
I am certain this way of life works. I have lived it full time for the last 10 years (part time for the 10+ before that!). If you want to better yourself, learn more about yourself, understand your own mind, improve your experience of life, make big changes in your life, re-align internally; learn this universal spiritual and practical tool that can be intertwined into modern day life.
